Easy to make friends. - Base salary a bit higher in market. - Hybrid working arrangement (4WFO 1WFH). - Flexible hours (Come to office between 7-10AM, go back between 4-7PM) as long as you fulfil 8 working hours + 1 hour lunch. - Free parking (first come first serve). - Cafe got cashback. - Good opportunities and experience if want to learn on fintech technologies like software and data engineering.
Cons
- Working environment is varies on your team. - OT needed especially when there is a production issues but unfortunately no compensation. - No allowance just basic pay. - Some want changes but some still want to retain dinosaur environment and work culture.
