Pay well below market rate. Overly concerned on bottom line and generating shareholder value to a detriment. Out of touch CEO mentioning that he hasn't taken a pay rise in ages while talking about pay freezes which lasted 2 years, wow incredible how good of you. Absolute beast of legacy monolithic product, felt like I was inserting Jenga blocks into a tower that will inevitably fall. No opportunity for career progression or learning.
