- Biggest competitor went out of business which has led to a lot of new customers

- Lack of communication from almost non-existent Executives. They show up for 30 mins tell us how we are doing everything wrong and the leave with no clear action or direction - Lack of action on key issues causing customer service issues. Same issues month over month with no priority to fix - Warehouse office construction has been on hold for almost 2 years. Lack of basic amenities (ie washrooms, lunch room) in the warehouse as a result - Lack of accountability when issues do occur. delivery drivers blame warehouse, warehouse blames head office - No career progression or incentives to go above and beyond so a lot of turnover in warehouse

Got group health benefits like dental. Shoe allowance. Lots of hours available plus received overtime pay.

Would like hourly pay to be higher.
