Pros

- Creative and strategic challenges – Every project is unique, offering plenty of opportunities to grow and push creative limits. - Supportive leadership – Transparency, mentorship, and a genuine interest in employees’ growth set the tone from the top. - Exciting clients and industries – We work with a diverse mix of brands, from emerging startups to established national companies. - Opportunities for advancement – Hard work and talent are recognized, and there’s real potential to grow within the agency. - Work hard, play hard culture – The team is dedicated but also knows how to celebrate wins and enjoy the creative process.

Cons

- Like any fast-growing agency, things move quickly, and adaptability is key. This isn’t the right fit for those looking for a slow-paced work environment. - Because we set high standards for creative excellence, the workload can be demanding at times—but that’s what makes the work rewarding!

Pros

The team is young and ambitious to make a difference. They all have pride in their work. Everyone is technologically saavy and understands modern trends and is anxious to learn to "keep up." Zack and Greg do a great job of hiring people that are some of the best in their classes so as not to hold back any of the rest of the team.

Cons

With any start-up, there is a little bit of headache when it comes to establishing things like proper file management, user roles within the company and standing up for yourself in your decisions and accept/deliver creative criticisms. With hiring a predominantly green team, you have to sometimes discover that the people you work with aren't necessarily the people that you hired. You'll have that but it's hard to invest so much time in someone to discover that they can't really keep up.
