I have no idea how this company is allowed to run the way that it does. It's the most toxic environment I've ever experience, run on fear from the top down. This company is corrupt and should be investigated. People are fired left right and centre and HR sweep misconduct under the carpet on a weekly basis. Senior management across the business disrespect their staff on a daily basis, offer no support to their teams and take no accountability. They're a bunch of people on power hypes, bullying their staff for their own gain and it's accepted/encouraged from the board. What is said in the interview process is a lie and anyone considering joining should think again. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
