Non-profit organisation, and work on different projects funded by US government, redundancy could happen at the end of project, or funding withdrawal.

The work is impactful and can truly make a difference in the world.

Given recent federal changes, the organization is a bit of a mess. Processes are always behind and some of the recent upper middle management hires are particularly obtuse.
