No micromanagement, nice offices and location. Normal 9-5 just get your work done.

Where do I begin? To say this place is unprofessional would be an understatement. First of all management is very shallow with appearance. Women MUST wear heels-IS THIS LEGAL? They pride themselves in employing "good looking people". They always talk about "open door policy", and "SUPER open communication" but this is not true. If they do not like you, you are out without a warning AT ALL. They are very kind to your face but it is all fake. The interview process was a breeze! Questions were so easy to answer, "How do you stay organized?", "How do you remain proactive?" The people who interview you are totally irrelevant since they are not the ones who decide you are not fit for the position. It truly makes no sense. Place is like a library, you can hear someone breathe.
