      Pros

      not so bad benefits(not descent ). great team muffins everywhere

      Cons

      a LOT of overtime without pay. expect to work on Sundays and Saturdays.\ New CIO does not care about employees. management can say to you that you can be replaced tomorrow . 0 job security. 0 work/life balance . Please check who wrote reviews , mostly it's coops or HR. P.S. some one wrote about racism here. I would say if you know Punjabi/Hindi , or worked for APOTEX , you will get promotion much faster

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
