      lovely people, shops close by - nice enough culture - can be fairly flexible and hybrid working is a nice option.

      Cons

      long hours, inconveniently placed for access if you are commuting in. Work is not very varied.

      Pros

      FES creates a good environment to develop your skills and knowledge. The people working there have many years of experience in the field and is always helpful if you have any questions.

      Cons

      The amount of holiday is a little bit low, however, they have a policy where you gain extra 1 day of holiday every year.
