Pros
Always interesting. Never boring. Its a sewing company but we work on airplanes mostly. Very nice people who are fun to work with. The people in Atlanta likes what they do and works pretty good together. Its a relatively small company, so you get to know the leaders and owners. Very good people. Your job is what you make of it and they are always looking for people to step up. Some years the profit sharing can be very good. Not last year. Good work/life balance, not much overtime. Great HR lady who listens and tells you like it is.
Cons
The parent company is in Canada, so most of the decisions are made there. There can be a lot of pressure when an airline forgets something and we have to drop everything to help them. Not a huge company so a flat organization. Could be more transparent. Overall, not a lot to complain about.
