      if we took lunch break .... restriction is lunch break is only 30min if we take 35 min so hr will ask us why you took 5 min more.

      Quite relax working. No work load at all. All the staff are very free to talk.

      There is no proper guid to solve ur errors. Whatever u do based on urself.
