Pros
1. Flexible work schedule 2. great networking opportunities 3. private shoots
Cons
1. I seen training as long as 1 week and then you are on your own to manage a location. 2. If there are studio discrepancies, management isn’t there to help. You will have to tell clients to email management. Client don’t like this and will Be even more difficult. 3. Management is all remote for California. They will give you standard answer that you more than likely have attempted. 4. Owner and management do not like being questioned on how company is handled.. 5. Work hours are BAD. Even though you are schedule to work, you can only come in if there are appointment for that particular location. You may be scheduled to come in from 8am to 3pm. If first appointment is 11am, that’s when you start. 5. Owner is frugal to a fault. Props and equipment are all cheaply made and ALWAYS break. 6. They don’t tell you entire job description until you are employed. 7. Studio clients can be divas and downright dumb. 8. You will need to pay for your parking in DTLA. No comps.
