Terrible management, terrible team environment - Anonymous employee FCT Employee Review

management is just terrible. no direction or training to new employees, no guidance when needed, offloading someone else's work onto you and don't listen to you when you say no or voice an opinion. honestly, the job is not worth it. you're paid lower than the market's base for the role and the management just makes it even harder to stay. if you're offered a job here, run, you and your mental health deserve a better and more respectful job than this.
