No clear vision, constant changes in management, high turn over, low pay, hard work does not translate to higher earnings, deal with issues and helping accounts more than any real selling, raises were frozen when company was not doing well, all the products rely on factors that are out of your control such as cooling real estate, economy, mortgages, same management riding the same jobs bringing nothing new to the table, industry is being taken over by tech, charge a higher price than competition, company size does not line with revenue coming in, all the benefits are standard all companies offer, office atmosphere is dull, not rewarding
