Limited remote opportunities available. Some travel opportunities but you have to pay quite a bit out of pocket when you travel to company galas and functions.
Cons
FCM travel technology is very limited and often broken. Management doesn’t care about needs of employees in customer facing roles. No raises or bonuses for those in technical roles. Told to get another job if you want more money instead of giving raises to keep trained people in their seats. These same roles are expected to cover/fill-in for other positions when FCM doesn’t feel like hiring or backfilling. This creates a more difficult job for those who remain. Real on the job training is nonexistent. They have a sink or swim mentality. Moving up in the company is not based on how well you do your job but who you know.
