Work Culture - Anonymous employee FC Goa Employee Review

Ever since I have been a kid, I have been very passionate about football, and the opportunity to work for India's top-tier football club is something I genuinely wanted to experience, so I applied for an internship here, and it's been three months now, and I have had a fairly good experience getting to understand and learn how a football club runs in India.

I have only joined the organization three months back, and the work culture is pretty decent, but I think the pay is not the best

1)Have work beyond working hours 2)Stadium and office distance is far 3)Less parking Space 4)Poor network in office 5)Less perks as a employee
