All of the employees are like family and are very supportive of each other. It is a good company culture. Management is understanding of employees taking time off for personal reasons.

There is a lot of confusion regarding roles and responsibilities at this company from management on down. It is sometimes difficult to customize software to customer needs. Focus seems to be more on development of new products rather than implementing solutions for current customers.
