Pros

Friendly work environment, where colleagues are like friends/family. Coworkers are very friendly and there are lots of opportunities to feel apart of the team. Management emphasizes teamwork and cooperation to meet goals. There is always someone that is willing to help in both tough situations; both work and personal. I started working here a little over a year ago and from day 1, I was treated with respect and kindness. Even though the atmosphere is relaxed and laid back, the work is fast paced and demanding. Everyone loves to have fun but there is great balance of both fun and work at this office. I am very happy to be working here, because not only do I have a chance to learn and grow in the field of procurement and supply chain, but I am also surrounded by colleagues that care and watch each others back. Also, there are great benefits, like health and life insurance, vision, dental and 401k.

Cons

Like any job, there are draw backs. The hours can be long and weekends are sometimes a necessary evil. But, it is these instances where the teamwork and collaboration become most evident. Oh, and don't get me started on the emails! But then again, this is true for most corporate jobs. In summary, this is a great place to work with a group of solid, dependable colleagues that work hard, while still knowing how to have fun. What more could you ask for?

Pros

Subcontracted work for an experienced and professional company such as Raytheon provides a valuable environment to learn from Young employees who have limited work experience were given the opportunity to learn and make a decent wage.

Cons

Employees are not trained nor proficient in SAP Employees are asked to change job responsibilities with little to no warning depending on urgent needs at the moment as a consequence of poor management decisions, without taking employee input into consideration. The casual dress code is fine, but it feeds into a larger issue, which is the very unprofessional atmosphere. Avoidance culture due to the unpredictable and erratic nature of the decision makers within the organization. The workload is not evenly divided and is usually assigned generously if you're related to management or part of the "in crowd".
