Pros
I have worked over there for 1 and a half year. To be honest , I was their one of the best. Frankly speaking , if you want to make your career in training sector or HR then go for it, regardless of what people speak about it. You'll get to learn managerial skills from ground level. Public speaking , communication, logical skills will get horned. I was in Pune branch. People are extremely helpful and supportive. For freshers , salary is fine.
Cons
1. Work-life balance will be 0. 2.Peanut increments, even if you are the best. 3.Super super super hectic. 4.No appreciations. 5.Management is biased towards north indian employees 6. Dont expect that your aptitude skills will get to level of CAT. Though it'll improve but not extremely high that u crack CAT with 90 above percentile. 7.If you dont want to get into training , better not to sign bond .......AT ALLLL
