Job Security due to long processes to get the simplest tasks done.
Cons
Seems entire organization is caught in a process do loop, where adherence to the process is much more important than the results. Everyone seems to go along as it results in Job Security, just doing another step and waiting for ten other people to approve moving to the next step. Tasks or projects that should take months take 3 or more years (much more).
