Pros
Benefits are great and culture is generally positive. Most managers make an effort to help you advance your career and grow as an employee.
Cons
F5 is now a big company that desperately tries but does not succeed in keeping that small company feel. Projects take years to complete. At times it feels like there are committees for committees. Getting budget is always a battle. In the end it's no different than any other big company.
