      Pros

      Benefits, good parental leave, PTO & sick time (for 2020), pay is in line for small to medium size tech company for Seattle area. Great people, nice new centralized location in DT Seattle, and good culture overall. Open door with some execs.

      Cons

      Lack of visibility in career advancement, silo groups throughout the company, very white-male dominated at the top position (director and above), and less career development opportunities than other places I've worked at.
