Pros

I hear many companies preach a corporate culture that is inclusive with all sorts of benefits to check off boxes, but F5 actually lives this. There are huge numbers of females in leadership roles across the whole company. There are countless opportunities from mentorship to continued education to help you be successful in your career. The benefits are unmatched with very flexible working from home options, maternity leave, great 401(k), amazing health care and a wonderful environment to work in. Often you hear horror stories of tech companies setting expectations of 60-80hr work weeks and that is not at all the case at F5. They highly value work-life balance/employee morale and are quick to bring in consultants or new hires if someone becomes overloaded. The teams are very inclusive and feedback is sought after from upper management constantly to make sure team members are heard. The pay is highly competitive and there are great perks. I am loving my time here and couldn't think of a reason to leave!

Cons

If you don't come from a tech/network security background it can be difficult to fully understand the business at first, but there are many resources made available to get up to speed.

Pros

* I enjoyed the collaborative team culture. Everyone was supportive and willing to help each other. * The work-life balance was good, and the overall working environment was relatively low stress. * I had opportunities to work on large-scale enterprise products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Cons

* One area I felt could be improved was compensation growth. As my responsibilities and technical skills expanded, I was looking for opportunities that offered stronger career and compensation progression.

Pros

Great benefits, wellness and mental health considerations.

Cons

Organization seems to be influx about where they are heading. Makes it hard to create goals for the entire org and get proper direction.
