F3 - A Company Where Hard Work Pays Off - Help Desk Supervisor F3 Technologies Employee Review

Pros

F3 is a company that was born out of a bad situation during the pandemic that has become a home for so many. Hard work does not go unnoticed and you are not just a number. Not only do they offer full benefits, but they offer on the job training, unlimited PTO (with in reason), and Dan, the founder and CEO, makes sure that you AND your family are taken care of. F3 offers the ability to transition from the restaurant industry that so many of us feel “stuck in” and take that knowledge and use it in a new career field. Their on the job training is second to none. They give you the tools you need, the room to grow and a clear path to be successful.

Cons

Not many cons with F3. If anything, you deal with some difficult clients from time to time and your hours can be all over the place. However, you are given plenty of notice on these and the scheduling team bends over backwards to help accommodate your needs.

Pros

Hybrid work, the coworkers are nice and the restaurant owners can be nice too.

Cons

Managers are very rude. When you try to talk to your boss about anything they say “well it’s better than serving.” They treat you like a number. Your hours are not guaranteed so you often do not make enough money. They don’t care. They are too busy posting on LinkedIn about all the alcohol they’re drinking with famous people and sports teams while their employees make less than anyone else in this field working with another company. They expect you to be available 5am - 7pm Monday through Friday NOT including travel. So you’ll get scheduled for a 5am shift that’s 2 hours away and you have to take it. They are constantly changing the way paperwork is done. They fire very easily. They tell you that you have to respond to your work messages even when you’re off the clock. You are not paid for this.
