- Supportive environment, not sink or swim - Team of skilled individuals, deliver highly technical engagements w/ impressive client list (this works well for FTSE 100 orgs and tier 1 banks but lack of commoditisation doesn't suit SME's or smaller) - Big focus on internal recruitment and promotion opportunities, if you're the right fit you will climb high
Cons
- Lack of (almost no) market presence, industry awards or third party accreditation - Functions operate in silos - Salaries behind competitors (no pay increases in c.4 years, despite high inflation)
