Balancing strategic planning with day-to-day management demands a significant time commitment, which can impact work-life balance. Additionally, navigating organizational changes and aligning multiple departments with company goals remains a continual challenge.

The company is developing quickly not just in Russia, but internationally. It gives an emplyee all means (internet, telephone, insurence, even a friedge in the office) to do the job. One only has to do it.

An office in Novosibirsk is rather small (8 people), so mostly employees are doing different jobs, not relating to their position. But it is almost in all companies like that (if less then 50 people working).
