      GM was great at location, guests where great, hotel was overall not bad.

      Cons

      Micromanaged, too many trying to be boss. A lot!of hard work for ok pay.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn and advance with a supportive company. You'll never be bored between the many revolving parts and the staff family.

      Cons

      It's only a con if you're unmotivated but you need to have the initiate and drive to stay on top of tasks and deadlines (like most offices).
