Pros
The work time is flexible. You are paid hourly so management does not mind if you skip out sometimes but you have to give them a heads up. Work environment is chill yet professional. Everyone is treated equally. Good entry level experience. Free snacks.
Cons
Pay is entry level. There is little to no room for advancement. When there is no work, you don't come in and don't get paid. Most people work here for less than a year but this isn't bad because it is their business model to hire entry level people and train them. Once these employees gained enough experience, they usually find a new job. It is nothing personal and management is understanding when you quit and leave. Often hand, if your new job doesn't work out, you are usually welcomed back if there is space.
