      Pros

      As a standard for legal assistants outside the top law firms they do not pay enough to survive, expect you to work and give you enough experience to use them as a stepping stone until they get the next graduate in.

      Cons

      Pay sucks… expect to live off of nothing per month.

      Pros

      The company does not have layers of middle management and management to battle through. Individuals are encouraged to progress and achieve the best of their ability. We are client focused, not billing target driven. Work life balance is essential and F Barnes are not your stereotypical corporate law firm. They care about you and their clients. A generally relaxed and happy place to work.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a big corporate feel, F Barnes are not for you.
