Pros
Ezitracker is a long established business and in recent years has seen a renewed energy under new leadership. The business has a clear direction and exciting development roadmap. Under the new leadership, plenty of opportunities are available for driven and passionate people. The remuneration is good and the pension and healthcare is some of the best if seen even from larger organisations. Management listen and are supportive and aren’t afraid to make decisions and with a culture of flexible working and a focus on performance as oppose to hours worked it’s a great place to be!
Cons
The software is robust and solid, but the user interface is a little dated. The new product roadmap should resolve this but it can’t come soon enough.
