Great colleagues to work with

Gaslighting senior leadership team. CEO is very toxic and the entire management. Treats employees terribly and makes employees feel they are the problem when any issues are raised. Highly recommend not working for this extremely toxic company.

None that I can think of other than meeting a few good people and getting to wfh twice a week so you can get out of the toxic environment before you explode.

It is extremely toxic. Senior management have no idea what it takes to successfully run a business, the systems are constantly failing and are so outdated. The company rely on charging dishonour fees to customers in order to pay the staff wages which is very poor and bullying is a part of everyday life and even though you may raise your concerns, management refuse to address it correctly.
