      Pros

      * Knowledgeable, friendly staff, always willing to help. A true team atmosphere, which is rare in a WFH role. * Forward-thinking company moving with the times, and listening to their customers. * Intuitive system which is constantly evolving with helpful features. * Approachable and relatable management who care about their staff. You do not feel like just another number. * Fair salary, work/personal life flexibility and benefits.

      Cons

      * Purchase holiday scheme or 4 day week option would be nice. * Promotional ceiling. *Mental health focus could be improved upon. These are nitpicks. No glaring disadvantages.

      Pros

      Excellent communication from leadership. Always felt well looked after and was always being encouraged to gradually stretch myself beyond my capabilities in a way which really built my confidence.

      Cons

      A lot of the founding team still present (which is a real testament to the company) but I sensed a lack of future career opportunities.

      - Fully remote, that offers great flexibility with work/life balance - Supportive & collaborative teams - Good leadership - Trust & value their employees - Good tech

      Cons

      - Sometimes having to take early or late calls for customers outside of normal work hours, but to be expected with role - No private pension scheme
