The company has a transparent management style, which makes it easier to understand where things stand and what’s expected. The learning curve is steep but rewarding. Juniors especially get the chance to work directly on impactful projects rather than being stuck with mundane tasks. The culture is relatively open, and colleagues are approachable. It doesn’t feel too hierarchical, which is a big plus compared to some traditional IT companies.
Cons
Work-life balance can sometimes take a hit, especially during tight delivery timelines. Deadlines can get intense, and overtime isn’t uncommon. Since the company is growing quickly, processes are still maturing. This means things can feel a bit chaotic at times, and adaptability is important.
