Pros

Remote first, flexible, fast recruitment process

Cons

This company is truly horrible. Everyone is scared that they will lose their jobs as they are currently hiring people from cheaper countries. Management are not afraid to say that they will let people go. The people in higher positions cannot lead teams and hide behind lower lever employees. There’s no processes and they will expect that you figure things out on your own. They also create duplicated content for all their clients while charging substantial rates. They are not experts in the industry, it’s a joke

Pros

Optometry, eyewear, detail oriented work, and creativity all rolled into one job with no commute...I couldn't ask for anything more fitting. We have highly skilled and passionate coworkers, are open to innovative ideas and solutions, participate in challenging team goals and projects, and are very experienced in remote teamwork!

Cons

This is only a con for those who don't like change. We are a growing company and are always looking to improve and innovate what we do, and as such, change is inevitable.

Pros

Some really talented and dedicated colleagues, good people.

Cons

Extremely toxic management: Leadership relies on intimidation and fear-mongering. Unrealistic expectations: Expect to sacrifice your personal life and work around the clock. No work-life balance: "Unlimited PTO" is a lie when you're pressured to never take time off. Unethical practices: Forced to train replacements in cheaper outsourcing locations, leading to job insecurity. Zero appreciation: Your hard work will go unnoticed and unappreciated. HR was consistently anouncing that collegues had been let go, followed by "Go Team!".
