Pros
Advancement opportunity, pay, work from home ability, benefits are top notch, dependent care program to care for kids or parents, insurance is great, offers 401k and a pension
Cons
Forced to take on extra duties yo keep from being rated low at review time. Supervisors are forced to put employees who don't deserve low ratings in bottom tier because there has to be a bottom class like in capitalism. The review creates a dog eat dog environment and is extremely stressful. They find ways to get rid of employees in their late 40's and older because they prefer a younger work force. There isn't any transparency.
