Pros

Very good company with good work-life balance. The hike cycle gets hit every now and then.

Cons

Same people stay in the company for many years so visibility and growth takes time.

Pros

While not a top player the quality of the product and ability to build reputable networks makes for good customer outcomes, as long as you focus on one technology with a customer. The support from other teams is okay and most of the people are easy to work with.

Cons

This is a company with an identity disorder. There are so many historical acquisitions and power struggles happening the truth often comes out that teams are sabotaging others to build their legacy brand. Trying to move forward is difficult the only way to be successful is to focus on one technology only and pretend the others do not exist. Customers are left confused and abandonware happens because of these struggles. The writing is on the wall when an acquisition happens and existing products will soon be abandoned. There is no integration, just discard the old long before the support model expires.
