Pros

Really cool place to work. Emphasis is placed on the things that matter - work quality, attitude, and responsibility. The people that work here come from all sorts of backgrounds and are all wildly different humans coming together for a common goal. Its really motivating to see it all in action. I'm not certain where some of the negativity towards the CEO comes from on other reviews. He personally guided me through the process of buying a home. I know he's quietly helped some of my coworkers out of tough personal-life situations and refused to say a word about it just cause he's been in their shoes before and wants to be the person he wishes he had, not just to brag about it or something. Heck, he even gives people like me who have kids an extra bonus at Christmas time just so i can make sure i give them a good holiday, I've never had another job do that...

Cons

Work can be challenging. There have been some growing pains along the way, but turning a garage project into a huge company, that is going to happen. I've seen some coworkers thrive in the challenge, and i think some people just came in with a punch-the-clock mindset and they end up leaving because they don't want more out of life.

Pros

Collaborative environment but also the education behind what we sell. Management is communicative and guiding. Employees are friendly and like to connect outside of work too. Compensation and Benefits are on target

Cons

Really not a lot of negatives

Pros

Employees crave independence, and when that independence is denied, things turn negative, and the work culture is ruined.

Cons

The behavior of those at the top is horrible. These terribly arrogant people spend a lot of time trying to control employees instead of supporting them. They monitor employees' computer devices, showing a total lack of respect for their privacy. It's horrible. Employees feel underpaid, too, as these arrogant higher-ups make excuses to dock employees' pay for no reason. They never justify their actions but want you to keep quiet and follow along. If you dare to raise your voice or even share some genuine feedback, these awful people will turn into your enemies and kick you out. If you can work like a puppet whose strings are controlled by someone else, you can work here. Otherwise, please don't bother.
