Pros
Fulfilling work. Great way to learn construction, and building. Wonderful way to explore NM and the surrounding areas, and learn how playgrounds and public spaces are planned and constructed.
Cons
Hard labor, and minimal pay at entry level. Working in landscape and construction elsewhere seems to exclusively pay greater for specific work, eg concrete, sign work, electrical work, machine driving. Though the job is wage rate , can be hard to make a living wage on 40 hour weeks.
