They have insurance. There are lots of resources and tools available. Some cool people to work it.
Cons
Pay Training is a joke. I was made to do the grunt work while training and didn't get much actual training. Split days off Pricey insurance plans boredom Advanced metrics they grade you on that's more important than customer service. A general CYOA attitude and malaise. People just seem to look out for themselves and are forced to focus on numbers instead of people You're literally just a number here. The email addresses are numbers @extrspace.com
