Pros
Used to be a fun place to work with nice colleagues and minimal politics, everyone working in harmony, including the management until the company was acquired in 2023.
Cons
After the acquisition, environment became very toxic, management demanded everything to be fast and with quality, but nobody was daring enough to make a decision, hence a lot of work was being held back and we were always being questioned why our work was slow or not done, when they were the one who could not make decisions for us to proceed in the first place.
