The IT systems were top notch, all desktops were fitted with SSD making them incredibly responsive, Widescreen 1080p monitors Lost of local shops and places to eat nearby Majoritry of staff were helpful and understanding Good training provided for people new to the energy industry Releaxed atmosphere
Cons
Lack of comminication between departments, sometimes between different teams especially in regards to the correct procedure taken Poor Salary in comparision to industry standards, including shift allowance Good performance is punished by reducing the avergae handling time which affect the monthly bonus.
