Pros
Good Work-Life Balance, Immediate supervisor is great to work with.
Cons
The company is out of touch with pay, technology, and benefits. Pay is horrible for the amount of work that is expected. On average, an RDFS has anywhere from 10-16 hotels they're responsible for. The pay that goes along with the number of hotels are substandard to industry standards. Benefit costs are extremely high. Vacation time is a joke...2 weeks? 1 Week of sick pay...which the company should combine into 3 weeks PTO (which is what about 95% of companies do). How do you expect your associates to be well rested to take care of their guests? Additionally, because pay is substandard - our hotels cannot attract the right talent to take care of the business. Poor GM's are working 7 days a week, cleaning rooms and working desk shifts and not effectively managing their hotels. Technology - again, horrible and not user friendly from a Sales Standpoint.
