Pros
-good pay -phenomenal health benefits -WFH -No micromanagement -Very inclusive team -awesome culture -super laid back and positive environment to be in -my recommendations for improvements to our system and workflow are truly heard and valued.
Cons
-I feel like some of transparency upper leadership preaches is all an act as their decisions sometimes do not reflect their prior recent statements -Wish there was more upward movement and a better raise structure. Even a 3% yearly raise is better than absolutely nothing. -your IT member that processes tickets never remembers to followup or give replacements...I feel rude after a certain point trying to contact him for updates. -onboarding when I started was literally abysmal but I believe that's being worked on by management since leadership has changed since I began
