The onboarding process was very smooth and efficient. I knew exactly what was expected of me and was trained properly. Asking questions is encouraged and met with a readiness to ensure proper policies and procedures are being administered. This company lays out a solid foundation on how to succeed and grow within the company. Management is very involved in making sure current employees are well taken care of by planning small events throughout the month to promote integration among the staff. Everyone is very friendly from upper management to part time employees. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting great experience in the corporate sector of accounting.
