      Nothing. The management is not concerned about the employees

      The company will mention in the offer letter that they can terminate you anytime without paying the salary. At the time of hiring they will offer you any salary you ask. Never work for this company else you will get to know on the day of your salary that since you have not met the target, company is terminating you and is not liable to pay you as per offer letter. I have the call recordings of the management using slang language.

      No pros to be shared for this pathetic company.

      Cons

      First: All the reviews posted are from the internal members as they are forced to post only good reviews by the company. They will make you work till midnight or even late and never compensate you for your work on time. They still have not cleared by dues even after 3 years. Will hire some uneducated fools and make them the manager who can't even speak or write English properly. Overall the atmosphere is pathetic and I am sure they now again force some employees to post good reviews so that this is not shown,
