Pros

Amazing culture at home office and in the field. A great fit for somebody who is driven and likes to be in the mix and hands on. Fantastic people. Pay is extremely competitive and they are generous with additional perks. You get out what you put in and any time there is a challenge you'll find no shortage of partners or support. The teams are all very driven so we work together very hard, and sometimes long. However, you will also find a tremendous amount of proactive support on this topic. Leaders and Peers will often check in on you and encourage you to do what you need to balance work and personal life.

Cons

None. If you are considering joining, make sure you are honest with yourself about your job expectations. We are in a high growth phase so many things are dynamic and your work load may change with short notice. This place is the opposite of ground hog day....If you want predictable and boring you won't be happy. If you want variety, energy, and opportunity, you'll love it.

Pros

-the pay structure is competitive for the car wash industry. -When I started, I found the environment to be incredibly supportive and focused on growth. -The local store teams are hardworking, and I really enjoyed working alongside them.

Cons

• Culture Change: From my perspective, the company culture changed significantly over the last two years. What once felt like a "people-first" environment began to feel, to me, solely focused on aggressive metrics at the expense of employee well-being. • Goal Setting: In my experience, the sales targets and KPIs shifted in a way that felt discouraging. For example, recent changes to conversion goals made me feel like the targets were no longer achievable, which was demotivating for me and my team. • Work-Life Balance: I personally struggled to maintain any work-life balance. I often felt implied pressure to cover staffing shortages on my days off, which led to me feeling burnt out and unable to recharge. Often working 7+ days straight regularly. • Management Style: I felt that the pressure coming from upper management to hit numbers created what I perceived as a high-stress environment. It seemed to me that hitting a number became more important than the morale of the staff. • Benefits Issues: While the base pay was decent, I felt the benefits package was inconsistent and unreliable. For example, during the year the company switched to Sidecar Health, I found the coverage to be practically unusable. In my experience, the reimbursement process was so difficult and complex that I felt I effectively had no health insurance at all during that period.
