Pros

They do have fun events through out the year.

Cons

High Employee Turnover Rate: One of the most concerning issues I observed during my time was the consistently high employee turnover rate. At one point, the sales team had 48 employees; today, that number has dwindled to under 20. This significant decrease in staff is a clear indication of a deeper problem within the company. This high turnover disrupted teams, negatively affected morale, and led to a sense of instability throughout the company. Management’s Disregard for Employee Feedback: Another major issue was the apparent lack of responsiveness from upper management when employees raised concerns or provided feedback. Despite numerous attempts to address ongoing problems, there was little to no meaningful action taken. This created a disconnect between management and staff, leaving employees feeling unheard, undervalued, and increasingly frustrated. Inadequate Compensation: The compensation is not competitive with industry standards and did not reflect the level of responsibility. High level of micromanagement: The level of trust between the employees and management team is low. They will constantly look over your shoulder even with larger books of business. Though sales is a numbers game it’s also a relationship game, building true relationships is how you build longer term successful customers. I suggest you allow the sales reps to try and grow relationships with potential customers rather then strictly thinking about just the numbers. Advice to Leadership Given the significant turnover, I would strongly advise the leadership team to reflect on the underlying causes of employee attrition. The dramatic decline in the sales team—from 48 employees to under 20—should be a red flag that warrants serious consideration. Leadership should take the time to engage with remaining staff, listen to their concerns, and take meaningful action to address the issues causing employees to leave.

Pros

Happy hour everyday so you can take a break from HELL lol

Cons

Cult atmosphere. High school behavior and drama. Upper management doesn't know their head from *** The CEO needs to cut his freaking hair and have a reality check on what's happening. If you don't make them several millions, they could care less about you. Leads suck. Insurance is expensive. Management taking behind employees backs and about private things is very disgusting. I could go on and on........
