Pros
Management constantly improves the sales comp plan with incentives for performance. Solid work life balance. Commissions are paid for life. They can take a while to build, but there's a monthly bonus structure that makes it easy to earn good monthly bonuses quick.
Cons
No 401k, but the health benefits are 100% paid.
