You are financially better off working here as a property sales manager compared to being a sales negotiator for other corporate estate agencies. There are far more avenues to make money and commission is far better. Colleagues are competitive as is expected in a sales industry but also are very supportive.
Cons
The only negative is you have to work one every three weekends and progression from here is limited as there are only two mangers above. So there is no upwards progression or the ability to develop further.
