Pros
The work schedule isn't horrible. It's 5 days a week until you need to work on the weekends from home on your own time.
Cons
From the beginning, the training is minimum at best. It takes a week to train and they don't train you up to do the outside sales job. They pretty much send you out and tell you. Good luck with no techniques discussed. I worked from 8 AM till 5 or later, The owner was there. Maybe 3 or 4 days a week did not come in until 10 or 11 and usually left by 3 or four, but would complain if you ask to come in a little late or leave a little early for family time. I ended up getting terminated where I was told that they could not justify my salary after I would have to put furniture together. Do maintenance at the office and still try to make a hundred and fifty calls in person a week. After I followed my unemployment which I was told they would approve. I got a notice saying that I was not approved due to incompetence...
